If any of these scenarios applies, please notify us within 7 days upon completion of the job so we can set everything straight. Here are our promises to you:
If your Skilled Doer lets you down by not showing up for a job, we will help source you a new one and hire them under JobJar as quickly as possible.
We will cover up to the amount you paid.
Not happy with something? Open a dispute against the Skilled Doer and request a full or partial refund.
We understand that finding the right Skilled Doer is important. You can breath a sigh of relief, all Skilled Doers now carry liability insurance and a clear background check!

To better protect your payment, please ensure all conversations and arrangements are done within the platform. Unfortunately, conversations had outside the platform's in-app chat system, word of mouth agreements and/or refund requests after 7 days of completion of your job will not be able to be processed.
The funds are released to the Skilled Doer on the 8th day after the job is marked as completed.
Any requests done after this time will be handled directly by the Skilled Doer.
We take complaints very seriously, and Skilled Doer with 2 negative reviews are placed under review.
